Delish!! Always perfect service and fresh sushi. Been going here for many years now. I'm never disappointed and neither is my family. One of the few restaurants we all agree on :)

Good happy hour deals. I loved the hot sake and the sushi rolls. Bay Shore is so good! As were the twister and another one with truffle oil (tyhrennian?). Romantic place and quick service.

Love Aji 53, the best sushi in Bay Shore! You heard it here first folks! Plenty of seating for large parties and they have nice intimate booths and half circle booths too. Love that vibe over there in the back left. Their lunch special is where it's at fasho! Fish quality is always up to par and their ginger dressing is my favorite on the island. The only thing is that they have a free saki shot offer when you check in on Yelp, but I was denied my free shot because the supervisor mentioned they weren't honoring it anymore. They tried contacting Yelp and they never resolved their issue to remove the check-in offer. I little disappointed after that, but it is what it is. Still a returning customer bar none!

Really fresh and well prepared meal. They sliced the sashimi thinly, as requested, which is greatly appreciated! Tori was super helpful and explained the rolls that we weren't sure about. This will have to suffice since my other spot (Kumo) is closed for renovations. I'll be here much more frequently now .

We've been to Aji numerous times, we've dined in, ordered for delivery and have picked up. The restaurant itself is large and we'll decorated. It has a nice vibe with its dim lighting. They have 2 different bar areas, one when you walk in and another in the side room. The service is great, the waitstaff is always friendly and prompt, they always fill up your water, and your food comes out pretty fast. Everything we have ordered has been delicious. For apps, the ginger salad is great and so is the wonton miso soup. My favorite signature roll is the American Dream, and my fiancés is the Bayshore roll. Yesterday, I tried the Lo Lo K roll which was also really good. We've tried some other in the past as well, The Demon, the Fire Island and the Deer Park. A nice tip is the ask your server to have the signature rolls cut into 10. It makes each piece a lot easier to eat. I've ordered pork friend rice as well, this was very good when I didn't want to have multiple rolls.
